No, this machine can produce paper square and rectangular containers. The size range is top diameter of 100–175 mm, bottom diameter of 95–150 mm, and height of 40–150 mm. Round bowls can be produced on the paper bowl machine, XZT-150W and XZT-150BW. Round paper cups can be produced on the paper cup machine, Newsmart-200.
For the model XZT-150S, one machine can produce one size. If you want to produce another size, you need to change the mould size.
Due to independent servo stations, maintenance is simple. Many clients’ feedback shows 50% reduction in labor and downtime. The machines are automatically greased if you fill up the grease pot. It can be used for three to four months. You can quickly do this in one shift without stopping the full line.

Machine Model Selection
1) You need to provide the dimensions of the paper cups or bowls. It includes the top diameter, bottom diameter, and height. Providing a sample is best. We can recommend a suitable machine based on your sample.
2) If you need to produce paper cups, you need to know your market demand. Choose a paper food container machine with different speeds. Our paper cup making machines have four speeds: 300pcs/min, 200pcs/min, 170pcs/min, and 150pcs/min.
3) What is the application of your paper cups or bowls? Paper cups have many uses, such as for coffee, hot drinks, cold drinks, and ice cream. Paper bowls are used for fast food, salads, etc.
4)You can buy a full-line machine, including: a printing machine, a die-cutting machine, a paper cup forming machine, and a packaging machine. Or just buy a paper cup forming machine.
Cost Calculation After Machine Selection
1) Rent Factory/Self-construction: Choose a suitable factory size based on your needs.
2) Machine Equipment Costs: Based on the selected machine model and molds.
3) Raw Material Costs: Paper cup/bowl base paper, bottom paper, printing cost, packaging plastic bags, cartons, etc.

Selection of Raw Materials for Paper Cups and Bowls
1) If you choose a full line machine production, you only need to purchase rolls of coated paper. Then you can printing by yourself.
2) Coating Selection:
- PE coating: For products with temperatures below 100°C
- PP coating: For products with temperatures below 120°C, it can put microwave.
- PET coating: For products with temperatures above 130°C, it can put oven
- PLA coating: Chemically degradable
- Waterbase coating: Biodegradable.
Paper raw materials can be formed after coating.
3) Paper Materials: White cup paper, kraft cup paper, bamboo cup paper, aluminum foil, etc.
4) Paper Thickness: 170gsm-380gsm (0.25-0.5mm)
If 210gsm with PE coated white cup paper is selected, about 204,000pcs of 8oz paper cups can be produced from 1 ton.
5)Paper cup fan to bottom paper ratio: 3:1 or 4:1 (depending on the paper supplier)

For Newsmart: Warranty covers all mechanical parts, motors, and electrical components within one year. It excludes damage caused by human error. Wear parts are excluded, such as paper pushers, hooks, suction cups, and ultrasonic mold heads. You pay for the cost of the technical engineer’s return airfare, accommodation, and meals. The daily salary is USD 150.
