For cost estimation, this volume should be multiplied by your local compressed air price. The system is designed for efficient air usage within its category. But stable operation still needs a compressor to maintain a consistent pressure of 0.6MPa. Besides, adequate reserve capacity can prevent pressure fluctuations during continuous production.
A full set mold change is that the cup size is completely different, including top diameter, bottom diameter, and cup height. This means the entire forming structure must be replaced.
A half mold change is used when the cup bottom diameter and cone angle remain the same, and only the cup height or upper diameter needs adjustment. This is a faster changeover and improves production flexibility for different paper cup sizes.
