Yes, the full-servo paper tea cup making machine is designed for easier maintenance. Traditional mechanical machines need gears and transmission parts under the machine body to be immersed in lubricating oil. The oil needs to be replaced every few months. In contrast, our full-servo system is cleaner and does not need oil inside the machine base. It has an automatic lubrication system, and you only need to ensure the oil tank is filled. Once filled, it can typically run for 3–4 months without intervention.
Our fully automatic tea paper cup machine is equipped with a full-servo control system and intelligent alarm protection. If any position deviation occurs, the machine will automatically stop and send an alert. You can quickly reset and restart production through the touch screen.
